tomato (finely chopped) - 1 no
turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
chili powder - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
salt - ¾ tsp
water - 1 cup
black pepper powder - 1 tsp
curry leaves - 1 sprig

In a mixer grinder, add all the ingredients in the masala paste and grind it into a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add tomato and cook until it's mushy.

Add the masala paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt and mix well.

Add the crab, mix well and add water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the black pepper powder and curry leaves, mix well and remove from the heat.
