800g to 1kg corn flour

Separate the egg whites and yolks of 6 eggs.

Add 1/2 cup of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt to the egg yolks.

Gradually add milk to the mixture.

Slowly incorporate 800g to 1kg of corn flour.

Add a bit more milk and the sautéed onion.

Add a good amount of Paraguayan cheese.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Fold the beaten egg whites into the mixture gently.

Pour the mixture into a greased tray.

Cook in a Philips oven at 220°C for 40 minutes.
