500 g Paraguayan cheese (or mozzarella)
500 g corn flour
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons milk powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 tablespoons margarine

Separate 6 eggs into 6 egg whites and 3 yolks.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

In a pan, melt 3 tablespoons of margarine and sauté the chopped onion until transparent.

In a bowl, mix the corn flour, baking powder, milk powder, and salt.

Add the sautéed onion and margarine mixture to the dry ingredients.

Combine the beaten egg whites with the mixture gently to maintain volume.

Add a little milk if the mixture is too dry.

Grease the baking dish with a drizzle of oil in each corner.

Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 to 45 minutes.
