Defrost the two chickens by leaving them in the kitchen sink to thaw.
Place the thawed chickens in a pressure cooker with water and cook for 20 minutes.
Release the pressure from the cooker using the valve.
Prepare the chickpeas by soaking 1 kg for a minimum of 12 hours before cooking them in the pressure cooker for 20-25 minutes.
Gather vegetables: sweet potatoes, potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbages, chorizos, and morcillas.
Start by adding the harder vegetables (onions, sweet potatoes) into a large pot.
Add the potatoes and grated carrots next.
Incorporate the cooked chicken into the pot without the skin to reduce fat.
Add the beef and pork into the pot.
Pour in hot water to cover the ingredients, saving gas.
Season with salt to taste.
Cover the pot and let it cook for approximately 2 hours.
