Start by using ribeye steak, but you can also use inside round or top round.
Chop up fresh parsley, oregano, and basil finely.
In a bowl, mix the chopped herbs with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic to create a sauce.
Prepare the grill and ensure it's very hot before cooking the meat.
Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper before placing it on the grill.
Cook the ribeye steak on the grill until it reaches your desired doneness, flipping as necessary.
In the same grill, add the bacon and cook until crispy.
Once the bacon is crispy, add the ham to the grill to heat it up.
While the meat is cooking, prepare the toppings: slice the radishes, cucumbers, onion, tomato, and any other desired toppings.
Fry a couple of eggs in a skillet until the whites are set and yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.
Slice the bread in half and toast it lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
Spread the prepared sauce on the bottom half of the toasted bread.
Layer the cooked ribeye steak on the bottom half of the bread, followed by the crispy bacon and heated ham.
Add mozzarella cheese on top of the meat, followed by the sliced vegetables and Spanish olives.
Top everything with the fried egg before closing the sandwich with the other half of the bread.
