2 eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
garlic

day old rice
soy sauce
black pepper

Heat up a wok or skillet.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Scramble 2 eggs in the heated oil.

Remove the scrambled eggs and set aside.

Add another tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan.

Cook garlic and fresh ginger until fragrant.

Add in carrots, bell peppers, corn, and peas; sauté for a couple of minutes.

Add the day old rice to the pan and mix well.

Add soy sauce and black pepper, coating the rice evenly.

Add the scrambled eggs back into the mixture and toss together.

Add green onions, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and salt to taste; toss again.
