1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup celery, diced
1/2 onion, diced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups day-old white rice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon McCormick's Asian seasoning
1/2 cup Just Egg
1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, celery, and onion to the pan and sauté until tender.

Season the veggies with garlic powder and black pepper.
