4 (medium) potatoes, peeled
1 tbsp. grated carrot
1 tbsp. chopped dill
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt, to taste
½ tsp. black pepper, to taste
1 large egg
2 ½ tbsp. all-purpose flour
½ cup (100ml) vegetable oil for frying
5 tbsp. sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp. salt, to taste
½ tsp. black pepper, to taste
1 tsp. chopped parsley

Grate the peeled potatoes and mix with grated carrot, chopped dill, and chopped parsley.

Add salt, black pepper, and the egg to the potato mixture and stir well.

Gradually add all-purpose flour to the mixture until combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Spoon the potato mixture into the pan and flatten to form pancakes.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
