1 cup shredded cabbage
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated carrots
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Clean and wash the vegetables.

Cut onions into thin half rings.

Pass garlic through a press.

Grate carrots and potatoes on a fine grater.

Squeeze out the juice from grated potatoes with your hands.
