Scoop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the skillet, flattening them slightly.

Cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Transfer cooked draniki to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream.
