1 cup Provel cheese, shredded
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Pound the veal cutlets to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

Season the veal cutlets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika on both sides.

Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off the excess flour.
