Almond milk lowers calories while still adding creaminess.
Peeled the breadfruit and cut it into smaller wedges.
Removed the heart of the breadfruit.
Rinsed the breadfruit lightly.
Added two tins of coconut milk to a pot.
Added sea salt to the coconut milk in the pot.
Added two sprigs of rosemary to the pot.
Placed the breadfruit into the pot to determine how much water to add.
Added a whole hot pepper to the pot without bursting it.
Cut up an onion and added it to the pot for flavor.
Added water to the pot with the breadfruit and other ingredients.
Agitated the mixture to mix the coconut milk with the water.
Added a chicken stock cube to the pot for additional flavor.
Covered the pot partially to prevent bubbling over while boiling.
Boiled the breadfruit until it was soft, checking tenderness with a knife.
Left the breadfruit to boil for an additional three minutes after checking for softness.
