50 gr minced chicken breast
200 gr cooked rice
1/2 small onion
2 garlic
1 pcs chilli (Bali hot pepper)
1 pcs spring onion
30 gr carrot
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tbsp thick sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of white peppercorn
1 tbsp fried shallots
1 fried egg
Prawn crackers

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and onion; sauté until fragrant.

Stir in chopped chili, carrot, and chicken; cook until chicken is cooked through.

Push the ingredients to one side of the wok and add beaten egg; scramble until just set.

Add cooked rice to the wok, breaking up any clumps; stir to combine with other ingredients.

Pour in thick sweet soy sauce and chicken bouillon powder; mix thoroughly until rice is evenly coated.

Stir in chopped spring onion and remove from heat.
