2 tablespoons oil (for garnishes)

1 tomato

Mince 3 garlic cloves and 1 bulb of shallot.

Slice 2 Thai chili peppers.

Slice 0.5 pounds of chicken breast.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

Add minced garlic, shallots, and sliced chili peppers to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds until aromatic.

Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan and sauté until fully cooked.

Add 1 teaspoon of Vietnamese shrimp paste to the pan and stir-fry for 30 seconds, pushing the chicken to the side.
