2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp sambal oelek
1 tsp shrimp paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 cups cooked jasmine rice
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Heat peanut oil in a large wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
