1500 gr Basmati Rice
50 gr butter
50 gr nasi spice
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup of cooking oil
1 big onion
1 packet of nasi seasoning
2 bay leaves
5 cloves of chopped garlic
500 gr shredded chicken breast
3 bell peppers (red, green and yellow)
1 tbsp laos powder
1 tbsp kentjoer powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ajinomoto
salt to taste
100 gr chopped celery

Wash 1500 gr Basmati rice and ensure it is properly cooked. Transfer the cooked rice to a deep bowl, add 50 grams of butter and 50 grams of nasi spices, and mix well.

Add 1/2 cup of cooking oil to a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Let it cool and shred the chicken.

In the same pan, add sliced onion, garlic, bay leaves, and chicken bouillon cube to the hot oil. Fry until the onion is light brown. Add shredded chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add bell peppers, 3 tbsp salt, and 3 tbsp sweet black soy. Mix well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add all spices and soaked nasi seasoning, cooking on medium-low heat for 2 minutes, adding hot water if necessary. Finally, add the rice and chopped celery, mixing everything well.
