2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 cup carrot, diced
1/2 cup spring onion, chopped
1/2 cup bitter bean, sliced
1 cup mushroom, sliced
1 tablespoon bawang powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 chilies, sliced
1 cup peanut crackers, for garnish
1 cup tofu, cubed
1 cup tempe, cubed
1 tomato, diced
1 cucumber, sliced

Cut the mushroom into small pieces.

Heat up the pan on medium heat and add a splash of coconut oil.

Add the mushroom along with a pinch of salt and black peppercorn to the pan.

Once the mushroom is done, put it aside.

Chop the onion and garlic finely.

Slice the chilies thinly.

Cut the bitter bean into two pieces.

Slice the spring onion thinly.

In the same pan used for the mushroom, turn on the heat and add vegetable oil.

Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.

Add the bitter bean and mix well, cooking for around 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the carrot and spring onion, cooking for another 2 minutes.

Add the rice along with salt, mushroom bawang powder, and sweet soy sauce, mixing well.

Finally, add sesame oil to the fried rice.
