Tandoori Chicken Pizza

1 sachet yeast (7g)
1/2 tbs sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup strong white bread flour
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
150ml warm water (approximate)
1 large chicken fillet cut into cubes
3 tbs yogurt
1/2 tsp chili flakes
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp mint sauce
2-3 tbs mustard oil
2 tbs olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
mozzarella cheese
mushrooms
black olives
capsicum (bell peppers)

Homemade Pizza Dough: Combine 100ml warm water, yeast, and sugar. Cover and allow to activate for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, mix 3 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup strong white bread flour, dried basil, dried oregano, garlic powder, and salt.

Add enough warm water (about 150ml) to form a dough. Adjust with extra flour or water as needed.

Cover the dough and leave in a warm place for at least 2 hours until it doubles in size.

Tandoori Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, yogurt, chili flakes, salt, black pepper, mustard powder, coriander powder, garam masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, lemon juice, tandoori masala, mint sauce, and mustard oil. Mix well and marinate.

Homemade Pizza Sauce: Heat olive oil in a pan, add crushed garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, black pepper, dried basil, and oregano. Simmer for a few minutes.

Assemble the Pizza: Roll out the pizza dough, spread the homemade pizza sauce, add mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, black olives, capsicum, onions, and tandoori chicken pieces. Bake in the oven until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
