Tandoori Chicken Pizza

1/2 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons yeast
2.5 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2.5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons yogurt
2-3 tablespoons oil
chili flakes
kalonji (nigella seeds)
oregano
3 pieces chicken
tandoori masala
2 tablespoons yogurt (for marinade)
lemon juice
mozzarella cheese
onion
bell pepper
green olives
black olives

Add 2 tablespoons of yeast to 1/2 cup of warm milk and mix well.

Cover the mixture and let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.

In a large bowl, add 2.5 cups of all-purpose flour and sift it.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the flour.

Add 2.5 tablespoons of sugar to the flour.

Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt to the flour mixture.

Pour in the yeast mixture from the milk into the flour and mix well.

Knead the dough, adding 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil.

Optionally, add chili flakes, kalonji, and oregano to the dough.

If needed, add more milk or water to adjust the dough consistency.

Cover the dough with oil and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Marinate 3 pieces of chicken with tandoori masala, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, lemon juice, and kalonji for 2 hours.

After marinating, cook the chicken and cut it into small pieces.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release air and knead it again.

Grease a pizza tray with oil to prevent sticking.

Spread the dough evenly across the pizza tray.

Spread pizza sauce or a mix of mayonnaise and ketchup on the dough.

Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.

Add the cooked chicken pieces evenly over the cheese.

Top with sliced onion and bell pepper.

Sprinkle oregano, chili flakes, and green and black olives on top.

Add more mozzarella cheese or a mix of mozzarella and cheddar if available.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.

Bake the pizza at 180°C for 25 minutes.
