Tandoori Chicken Pizza

1 lb boneless chicken breast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp crushed ginger garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 lb pizza dough
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup butter mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil

Cut boneless chicken breast into long strips.

Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, crushed ginger garlic, lemon juice, and mix to marinate.

Allow the chicken to marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat a grill pan and add oil.

Grill the chicken pieces on high flame for about 1 minute on each side until they have grill marks.

Transfer the grilled chicken to a plate, noting that it can be slightly undercooked as it will cook further in the oven.

Spread pizza sauce generously on the pizza base.

Top with spinach leaves, pizza cheese, bell peppers, onion rings, butter mushrooms, and the grilled chicken.
