Superbowl Snack : Tandoori Chicken Pizza recipe

In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp heaping tandoori masala to the bowl.

Mix in 2-4 tbsp yogurt, adjusting for desired creaminess.

Add 1/2 tsp black pepper to the marinade.

Cut 250 g of chicken into small pieces and mix into the marinade, ensuring it's well-coated.

Refrigerate the marinated chicken for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Heat oil in a pan and quickly fry the marinated chicken pieces until they are white on the outside, sealing in the juices (do not fully cook).

Prepare store-bought pizza dough and spread the tandoori sauce over it.

Optionally add tomato sauce for flavor.

Sprinkle garam masala, green chilies, black pepper, and Italian seasoning on top of the sauce.

Add sliced onions, mushrooms, and red and yellow peppers as toppings.

Evenly distribute the partially cooked chicken pieces over the toppings.

Place the pizza in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with cilantro and mozzarella cheese.
