34 cup converted rice
1 cup black beans
1 cup picante sauce

Add 1 teaspoon of Better Than Bouillon chicken base or 1 cup of chicken broth.

Sprinkle in 34 cup of converted rice or long grain white rice.

Pour in 1 cup of picante sauce.

Put the lid on the Instant Pot and ensure the valve is set to sealing.

Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes.

Once the cooking time is up, let the pot sit for 5 to 10 minutes to release pressure naturally.

Remove the lid and stir the mixture well.
