1 cup dried black beans
1 tablespoon all-purpose chicken seasoning
1 tablespoon chicken Maggi Bianca powder
1 jumbo cube chicken bouillon
black pepper
pimiento seeds
cloves
fresh thyme
fresh parsley
2 cups liquid from cooked beans
1 cup water
red bell pepper
3 cups liquid
5 cups rice
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 teaspoon dry shrimp skins

Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil to a hot pot.

Once the oil is hot, add 3 tablespoons of a piece (seasoning).

Let the seasoning cook for about 3 minutes until browned.

Add 1 cup of cooked dried black beans to the pot and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose chicken seasoning, 1 tablespoon of chicken Maggi Bianca powder, and 1 jumbo cube of chicken bouillon to the pot.

Grind black pepper, pimiento seeds, and cloves together, then add to the pot and stir.

Add fresh thyme and fresh parsley to the pot.

Pour in 2 cups of the liquid from the cooked beans and 1 cup of water, along with chopped red bell pepper, and cover to bring to a boil.

Once boiling, taste and adjust salt as needed.

Rinse 5 cups of rice and add it to the pot along with 3 cups of liquid.

Add a scotch bonnet pepper for spice and 1 teaspoon of dry shrimp skins for flavor.

Stir the mixture and let the liquid reduce.

Cover the pot with foil or plastic and let it steam for about 15 minutes.
