Today, variations exist globally, with each region adding its unique twist to this comforting classic.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and add onions, cooking for about 10-15 minutes.
Add garlic and pickled vegetables, frying for 5-7 minutes.
Add 200g of pork meat and 200g of beef meat, pressing down with a ladle to shred the meat while frying for 20-30 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Prepare 500g of potatoes and arrange them in layers with the meat stuffing in a baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together 250ml of milk, eggs, and 2 tbsp of sour cream with salt.
Pour the egg mixture over the layered potatoes and meat.
Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, then add the beaten eggs and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
