Grease a plate and rolling pin for setting the chikki.

Grate the jaggery if it's hard to make the syrup easier to prepare.

Add 2 tablespoons of water to a pan and heat on low flame to prepare the syrup.

Stir the syrup continuously and check every 1-2 minutes until it thickens.

Once the syrup is sticky, add the roasted peanuts and mix well.

Turn off the heat and pour the mixture onto the greased plate.

Use a greased rolling pin to flatten the mixture evenly.

Cut the chikki into desired shapes while it's still warm using a pizza cutter.
