Prepare a tray by dusting it with cornflour to prevent sticking.

Once the sugar is melted, divide it into three portions: one for sesame, one for peanuts, and one for almonds.

Add the peanuts, almonds, and sesame into their respective portions of melted sugar.

Mix the nuts into the sugar until well coated.

Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray and spread it out evenly.
