Mix the meat filling until well combined and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) or prepare a grill for high heat.
Divide the risen dough into equal portions and roll each into a thin circle.
Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture evenly over each dough circle.
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet or grill and bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are crispy.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
