1 teaspoon salt
2 shallots
1 lb chicken
4 large eggs
1 cup cabbage
4 cups cooked rice
3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
1 teaspoon MSG (sassa)
1/2 cup green onion
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/2 cup fried onions

Go to the market to get fresh ingredients.

Make sambal by smashing garlic and chili together, adding a little vegetable oil and salt until fine.

Heat a wok and add vegetable oil, spreading it around.

Add garlic and shallots to the wok and mix.

Add chicken to the wok and stir until browned.

Break an egg into the wok and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

Add pre-cooked rice and cabbage to the wok.

Add about 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce (ketchup manis) to the rice and mix well.
