Fish (Rahu) 1 ½ kg
Water 5-6 cups
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Imli pulp 1/4 cup
All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
Egg 1
Red chili flakes 2 tbsp
Coriander seeds (crushed) 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Green chili paste 1 tbsp
Red food color 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Oil (for frying) as required

In a bowl add water, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar, fish and soak it for 10-15 mins.

Pat dry the fish before marination.

In a bowl add imli pulp, flour, egg, red chili flakes, crushed coriander seeds, turmeric powder, salt, onion powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, red food color, and red chili powder and mix it well.

Marinate the fish in the mixture for 2 hours.

Deep fry the fish until fully done.
