1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon homemade green seasoning
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon mustard
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon complete seasoning
2 cups vegetable oil
1 can chickpeas
2 cups steamed spinach
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chives
1 teaspoon flavored pepper

Wash the Char fish with lemon, salt, and pepper thoroughly.

Pat the fish dry.

Prepare the seasonings by mixing homemade green seasoning, parsley, garlic, lemon pepper seasoning, complete seasoning, and paprika together.

Apply the mixed seasonings onto the fish.

Add mustard to the fish for tenderizing.
