Fill the dough with the sautéed mushroom mixture, being careful not to overstuff.
Pinch the dough corners together to seal the dumpling, ensuring there are no holes.
Place the dumplings on a floured surface to prevent sticking.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the dumplings, cooking until they float, about 5-7 minutes.
Melt a generous amount of butter in a pan for serving.
Remove the dumplings from the boiling water with a skimmer and drain excess water.
Optionally, brown the dumplings in melted butter for added flavor before serving.
