Mix 1 Cup of Besan/Gram Flour with ½ Cup of Milk and keep aside.

In a pan, heat 2 Tbsp of Ghee and add the Gram Flour mixture, stirring continuously over low heat.

Add 3 Tbsp of Suji/Semolina to the pan and mix well, then keep aside.

In another pot, combine ½ Cup of Sugar and 1/3 Cup of Water and let it boil.

Once boiling, add 2 Tbsp of Milk Powder and mix well.

Incorporate the Gram Flour mixture into the boiling sugar mixture and mix well.

Cook until the mixture separates from the pan.

Grease a 5-inch mould with oil and place baking paper inside.

Spread the Gram Flour mixture into the mould and top with dry fruits.

Keep aside for 1 hour to set.
