Finely slice cucumber and spring onion, set aside.

Chop a red chili and finely chop a white onion.

Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan.

Add finely sliced chicken breast and cook until done.

Add onions, chili, garlic paste, and ginger paste to the wok, fry for about 30 seconds.

Add 2 whisked eggs to the pan, let sit for a minute before mixing.

Add 250 grams of cooked and chilled rice to the mixture.

Add dark soy sauce, honey, and fish sauce, stir for about three minutes until cooked through.
