4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon dry coriander seeds
1/2 cup parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Soak 2 cups of chickpeas in water for 6 to 8 hours.

Drain and rinse the soaked chickpeas, ensuring no water remains.

In an electric chopper, coarsely grind the chickpeas until they are dry and crumbly, without using a blender.
