Soak 6 bundles of glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, ensuring they are fully covered, then set aside.

Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl: 1.5 kilograms ground pork, soaked glass noodles, shredded cabbage, diced onion, shredded carrot, minced garlic, 1.5 teaspoons pink salt, 1 tablespoon chicken powder, 3 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon ground pepper, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 1-2 egg yolks.

Wrap the spring rolls using 8x8 inch wrappers, placing about half a tablespoon of filling in the center, folding the sides in, and sealing with a bit of egg white.
