Pour Oil into a pan and heat it up.

Add Ginger and Garlic Paste to the pan and cook until browned.

Add Ketchup, Malt Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 and a half tbsp Honey, coarse Chilli, fresh Thyme, Salt, and crushed Black Pepper to the mixture.

Pour the sauce over soaked Beans in a heatproof glass casserole dish and mix.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.

Peel and grate Potatoes, then soak them in water to prevent oxidation.

Drain the water and spread the grated Potatoes on a dry dishcloth to absorb moisture.
