1 cup dry red wine
2 cups chicken stock
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon thyme
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup water
