Add the breaded cutlets to the skillet in batches, being careful not to overcrowd.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the cutlets and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
Optionally, top with cheese and briefly broil until melted before serving.
