1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp ketchup manis
1 tbsp mushroom sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup cabbage
1 carrot finely chopped
frozen corn
capsicum
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger garlic and chili paste
spring onion
sliced cucumber
fried peanuts

Prepare a sauce blend with 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp sweet chili sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup manis, 1 tbsp mushroom sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp sugar, and 1/4 cup water.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wide pan.

Add sliced onions and toss in the oil until they start to color.

Add 1 tsp ginger garlic and chili paste and 3 cloves sliced garlic, and sauté.

Add 1/2 cup cabbage, 1 finely chopped carrot, and frozen corn, and sauté until veggies have a bite.

Add capsicum and sauté for about 30 seconds.

Add cold cooked rice, ensuring there are no lumps, and toss to heat up the rice.

Add the prepared sauce blend and toss until the rice is shiny and glazed.

Sprinkle finely chopped spring onion on top.

Serve with sliced cucumber and fried peanuts.
