Boil 500 grams of boneless chicken breast with salt and bay leaf; set aside to cool.

While chicken cools, mix 300 grams of butter with 400 grams of flour, 4 teaspoons of baking powder, and 2 teaspoons of salt.

Add 200 milliliters of water to the mixture; mix until a gooey, sticky texture forms.

Place the dough in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for a couple of hours.

For the filling, add 200 grams of butter to a pan, then add chopped onions and Maggi blocks; stir in black pepper and add the whole chicken.

Fry for about 2-3 minutes, then add mixed veggies, chopped celery, tomatoes, bay leaves, and nutmeg; mix well and cook for about 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat, add pickled onions and capers to taste, and remove bay leaves; set aside to cool.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it in a baking pan, cutting the edges as needed.

Fill the pie with the chicken and veggie mixture, then add a top layer of dough and seal the edges with a fork.
