600g beef minced meat
1 onion
1 grated zucchini
200ml thick cream
1 L milk
3 eggs

Brown onion in hot oil till colour changes then add meat and cook till colour changes and well combined.

Add seasoning salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Mix well.

In the baking dish add half of potatoes, then whole meat mixture, spread over evenly.

Add zucchini grated evenly spread it and rest of the potatoes.

Mix 3 eggs add cream and milk and pour over the top.

Add extra milk to almost cover.

Bake for 1h till potatoes soft and golden brown.
