6 Tbsp. Butter Softened (Unsalted)
1 tsp Salt

1 Cup Grated White Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
4 Cups Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Butter
4 Tbsp. Capers
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
1 tsp. Dry Herbs or Italian Seasoning
1 + 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Stick or 1/2 Cup Butter Unsalted
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder or Fresh Garlic
1/2 Tsp Dry Herb

Add Corn flour, butter and salt to a bowl and mix with hand until the butter is incorporated.

Gradually add water while mixing.

Cover and allow the corn flour to soak up the water.

Coarsely chop the shrimps and add to a bowl. Season with half tsp salt and 1 tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic.

To a sauce pot on medium heat, create a white roux by slowly melting the butter, then add the flour and continuously whisk.

Once there is a slightly toasted aroma, gradually add the heavy cream and continue to whisk at a fast pace to smoothen the mixture out.

Add cheese and whisk in.

Add salt, black pepper, garlic, and dry herbs and whisk in.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool down.

Once cooled, add 2 cups of white sauce to the shrimp and fold in.
