Start by taking 1 cup of boiled chickpeas and 1 chopped onion.

Add some crushed garlic and a few mint leaves (or coriander leaves).

Add salt, dried coriander powder, cumin powder, and Kashmiri red chili according to your taste.

Add a little turmeric (haldi).

Add 2 tablespoons of flour; if you don't have flour, you can use corn flour.

Mix all the ingredients well to combine the spices and flour with the chickpeas.

Grind the mixture until it is well mashed and sticks together, creating a binding mixture.

Once the mixture is ready, knead it with your hands to ensure all ingredients are well combined.

Form small balls from the mixture; if it sticks to your hands, apply a little oil to prevent sticking.

Heat cooking oil in a pan on medium to low flame until hot.

Add the falafel balls to the pan, ensuring the oil is not on full flame to prevent burning.

Fry the balls, flipping them to ensure they cook evenly and change color.
