6 servings
Servings4
280 g elbow macaroni
1 lb chicken thighs (about 5 pieces), boneless and skinless
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup condensed milk
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup raisins
3/4 cup mixed cheese

In a pot, cook the elbow macaroni pasta as per package instructions. Drain the macaroni pasta using a colander. Then place the macaroni pasta under cold running water to stop it from cooking further. Set it aside.
