Pour in coconut milk and lime juice; bring to a simmer.
Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes until crabs are cooked through.
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and butter; mix until crumbly.
Gradually add water to form a soft dough; knead briefly.
Roll out dough and cut into circles or desired shapes.
Heat oil in a separate pan over medium heat; fry dough pieces until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side.
