Dice the onions and parsley finely.
Mix together the finely chopped parsley, chopped onion, and ground beef.
Season with seven spice, black pepper, and salt.
Using your hands, mix everything together to form a homogeneous mixture.
Grease a large baking dish with olive oil and spread the mixture evenly, pressing it to about half an inch thick.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 15 minutes until no pink meat is left and slightly browned.
In a pan, combine yogurt, tahini, pomegranate molasses, salt, and egg. Whisk well and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Pour the yogurt mixture evenly over the baked kefta and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a skillet and sauté the pine nuts until golden.
Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts over the dish and serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
