Make the pie crust by mixing 1.5 cups flour with 0.5 teaspoons garlic salt and cold butter, then add ice cold water until combined.
Wrap the pie crust in plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold.

Add coarsely chopped fresh spinach to the pan and cook until water evaporates.
Add cooked bacon and tomatoes to the pan, ensuring to remove excess water from the tomatoes.
Stir in 1 cup of crab meat, thyme, fresh oregano, fresh parsley, dried sage, and 0.5 tablespoons lemon juice, then set aside to cool.
In a bowl, mix 0.25 or 0.33 cups half and half with 3 beaten eggs, 0.5 teaspoons salt, and pepper to taste.
Roll out the cold pie crust and fit it into a greased pie pan, trimming excess crust as needed.
Pour the cooled filling into the pie crust and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40-45 minutes until set.
