Preheat the oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).
Punch down the dough and transfer to a greased baking sheet.
Press the dough out into a rectangle, about 1 inch thick.
Dimple the surface with your fingers and drizzle with olive oil.
Scatter halved cherry tomatoes and rosemary over the top.
Sprinkle with salt and let rise for another 20-30 minutes.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool slightly before slicing.
