Sift 370g all-purpose flour into a bowl.

Add 3 tbsp melted unsalted butter and mix until just combined.

Brush some butter in a 9x5" loaf pan and spread it evenly.

Pour the remaining melted butter over the batter in the pan.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40-50 minutes.

After baking, place the bread on a rack to cool down.
