Welcome to Todd's Kitchen.
Combine 3 cups of self-raising flour into a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the bowl.
Add a dash of salt to enhance the flavor.
Pour in 2 and 1/2 cups (340 grams) of your favorite beer.
Add 2 tablespoons of honey for sweetness.
Mix the ingredients until well combined.
Grease a loaf pan.
Transfer the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the loaf pan into the preheated oven.
Bake for about 60 minutes.
Check if it's ready by tapping on top; it should spring back.
Once out of the oven, you can serve it warm or cold.
Optionally, serve with butter or jam.
You can add bits of cooked bacon before baking for extra flavor.
